In 2005 while attending some “finance” classes with Mr. Perfect, I realized that I had a terrible mindset when it came to money. I struggled with the concept of “the rich being able to enter into Heaven.” It was a major conflict for me because I wanted money, but I wanted to get into Heaven more, so I had just resigned myself that I had to be “poor.” Over the few years since then, I have learned some very valuable lessons about money and mindset. There was a lot to overcome as I began my own business (or two or three). When I began applying the principles I had learned (a lot of them from the scriptures), then I understood success and hope and realized that I could possibly be a tool to help others also. I’ll be sharing those here.
What Am I Up To??
Well, I own a Fresh Salsa business. It’s pretty good stuff. You can read about it here:
I’ve written a couple of songs:
This song was written for a Girls Camp back in 2002. It’s called “Hold On: A Reflection of Lehi’s Dream.” We’ve sold over 5,000 copies.
Here’s my other song. I wrote this one this year (2011) for our Swiss Days here in Santa Clara. It is a tribute to my great-great Grandmother, Barbara Staheli Graf and her family that left Switzerland and ended up settling Santa Clara. It’s called, “Storms of Faith”
