Basic Kimchi

  • 2 heads Napa Cabbage, chopped
  • 1-4 inches fresh ginger root, peeled
  • Sirachi hot sauce to desired heat

  • Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Zucchini
  • Garlic
  • Turnip
  • Broccoli
  • Celery
  • (any veggies you like, just shred)
